Pactiv Sample Orders

 

If you are unable to Login, it’s ALMOST ALWAYS due to an incorrect password being entered.  Click “Forgot Password” to reset it.   NOTE:  Your password MUST contain a minimum of 10 characters and AT LEAST one number and one Alpha character.   i.e. Pactiv2020 meets these requirements.

 

 

IMPORTANT: Turnaround for samples to be processed and shipped is 8 full business days. 

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will appear in your portal history.  If you don't see tracking, that means your order has not been shipped.  

Please account for this timing when placing orders

TIP:  "Queued For Processing" means the sample center staff is in the process of pulling SKUs to fill your order.   It does not mean there are issues with the order.
